I am an Associate Professor of Political Science at Texas Tech University. I received my Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Georgia. My research focuses broadly on congressional politics and elections, the presidency, campaigns and elections, political parties, and institutional development. I have published articles in journals such as the Journal of Politics, Legislative Studies Quarterly, and Political Research Quarterly and two book, Electoral Incentives in Congress and Nationalized Politics. |
